“Be Much Occupied with Jesus”

About Sea Harp Press

What We Believe

At Sea Harp, we are committed to…

One Person: Helping individual Christians to return to their First Love by shifting focus back to Jesus Himself

One Message: Helping individual Christians rediscover the freedom and power that comes with a single-minded fixation on the gospel and living it out

One Body: Helping individual Christians discover the unity that comes with an authentic devotion to One Person and One Message

Our Name

We take our name from the original Hebrew word for the Sea of Galilee—Kinneret: נֶּרֶת meaning “harp”—which was given because of the harp-like shape of the shoreline around which Jesus ministered. It was, in less words, a place known as the Harp-Sea. We strive to put forth content that inspires and equips our community to walk as disciples of that most wonderful Man of Galilee.

Our Mission

Sea Harp connects passionate followers of Jesus to content that fosters deeper, personal encounters with Him and echoes the heartbeat of the first-century church.

All content that we produce must fit the following criteria…

  • Direct Encounter is Everything Does the content leads consumers to a direct encounter with the Person of Jesus? Not merely intellectually, but practically and contemporaneously?

  • The “Early Church Test” Would the Early Church have given their time to this content? Does it match the priorities, message, and unity we see modeled in the book of Acts?

  • Beauty and Excellence Do the materials justify their space in our customer’s hearts, minds, and shelves?
